Trained as a Seafood Chef, you have all landed in heaven when you discover the delights that Amber can cook with the bountiful and plentiful Kimberley smorgasbord at your fingertips. Amber's speciality is to create her own gastronomic delights and with our teams great knowledge of our local, Kimberley produce you will be in for a delicious treat of seafood and freshly prepared meals whilst on board. Nothing is too much trouble for Amber, always ready with a smile she will tell you "catch it and I will prepare and cook it to perfection"
